Within minutes of paying, buyers should receive an email from the Photographer's Toolikt with download instructions. If an email is not received, you may wish to check your junk mail to see if it has been misdirected. Otherwise, there may be a fault within the online fulfillment system.  Please contact me immediately via email so that we may resolve the issue. Be sure to provide the same email address and last name that you used to place your order.
