We typically ship Lookbooks within 24 hours of your order. An email will be sent to you at the time we ship your order. That email contains a link to the USPS website for package tracking. In the case of international orders (any order outside the USA), no package tracking is available. The USPS web site will show that it is "waiting to receive" the package from us, however that message does not change and is never updated even after you receive your package. If you are outside the USA, that message means that we have shipped your order and that it is in transit.

Orders to Canada have been taking a little longer than expected due to customs delays. It is not unusual for shipments to Canada to take up to two weeks.
