The Photographer's Toolkit is not responsible for lost downloads. It's your responsibility to properly maintain backups of all your computer files. That said, you're in luck. You may now purchase additional downloads on the Toolkit site: http://photographerstoolkit.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=32

You must be in our system to receive your product. Each order is verified before the product is resent. In the future, may I politely suggest that you back up your computer!
